Our performances
New works that cross cultures and attract diverse audiences.
Using a unique signature and based on a methodology combining interdisciplinary and intercultural research, our productions find a contemporary resonance in ancient stories and a stimulus for innovative new work from the collective memory of diverse and distinctive cultures.
With productions that often encourage participation, we stretch the boundaries of international storytelling though are three principal streams of work:
-
Storytelling in Performance.
Our work in repertoire can be collaborated with composers, symphony orchestras, contemporary music groups and world-wide improvisational musicians. They can be tailored for individual events, site specificity or localised inspiration by, for example, works in a gallery or historical event.
-
New Writing
Including cross-cultural plays and new adaptations of world theatre.
-
Training New Storytellers
Providing a platform for Emerging Artists.
